Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
