Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant training
- Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace by adhering to 5S methodology and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments and verifying documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid Texas Driver's License (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
