Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for timely fulfillment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
