Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, sorting systems)
- Assist with receiving and quality inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner experience preferred)
- Valid California driver's license (if operating vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (cooler/freezer areas)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset with communication skills
