- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain real-time inventory counts using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic computer literacy and WMS software experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
