Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Collaborate with remote team members for scheduling and task coordination
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Experience with remote work communication tools (Slack, Teams)
- Reliable transportation to Plano facility
