Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to process inbound and outbound inventory efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment handling.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for certified candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
