Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using WMS technology
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layouts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
