Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for accuracy with high attention to detail.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use warehouse management software (WMS).
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in outdoor docks.
