Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select items from the inventory and prepare them for shipment using proper packaging techniques.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders efficiently and verify that all items are correct before dispatch.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate various warehouse machinery safely under supervision.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be punctual.
- Communication: Strong ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Attitude: A positive, safety-conscious attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
