Responsibilities
- Unload incoming merchandise from trucks and ensure accurate verification of deliveries.
- Stock shelves, pallets, and storage areas with new inventory according to company guidelines.
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices are followed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist in inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and price checks.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
