Responsibilities
- Stocking & Organization: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate provided equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) to move stock.
- Store Readiness: Ensure the workspace is clean, safe, and ready for customers or incoming shifts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before display.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in stocking.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
