Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying stock to ensure accuracy.
- Packaging: Properly package, label, and prepare items for shipment to customers.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and log daily activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50+ lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time every day.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
