Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and correctly.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inventory management, including stock counting and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe manner, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; a valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Physical fitness and good hand-eye coordination.
