Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Scan and inventory products in temperature-controlled environments
- Organize warehouse space for optimal efficiency and safety compliance
- Prepare shipments for local and national distribution routes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment after completing our paid training program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage facility
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Willingness to work in cold environments (0-40°F)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
