Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily targets.
- Freight Handling: Efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts or pallet jacks with certification (training provided).
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of stock movements and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent work experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with numbers for inventory counting.
- Valid Driver's License: (Optional but preferred for off-site duties).
- Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime.
