Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including shipping logs and inventory reports, on time.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology (scanners, RF guns).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
