Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using hand-held scanners and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- General Labor: Perform general warehouse duties including sweeping, mopping, and organizing workstations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
