Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (forklift certification provided), and conveyors.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and interpret pick tickets.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
