Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to designated storage areas efficiently.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Process and pack orders accurately for shipment to customers.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
