Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking and packing processes to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning new software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
