Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers safely, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
