Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining inventory records
- Perform quality control checks and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided anti-fatigue mats
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to operate provided machinery after training
- Reliable transportation to North Sacramento facility
- Pass pre-employment background check
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
