Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage, log items into the system, and prepare goods for outbound transport.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the workspace clean and organized at all times.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on products before they are shipped to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse software.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
