Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks to move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify against invoices and packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Unload trucks and assist in loading outbound freight efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not strictly required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
