Responsibilities
- Stocking & Organization: Efficiently unload merchandise from trucks and stock shelves according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Assist in the accurate counting and auditing of inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Customer Service: Ensure all products are properly labeled and presented for inbound and outbound operations.
- Adherence to Safety: Strictly follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in stocking tasks.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual who takes pride in a job well done.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
