Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as certified.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all orders meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties during peak weekend hours.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional evenings.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and operating warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
