Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Inspect merchandise for damages and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards.
- Manage inventory stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
