Responsibilities
- Receive and Process Inbound Shipments: Inspect, verify, and log incoming goods to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in our inventory management system.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the quality assurance team.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Equipment: Forklift certification (if operating heavy machinery) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
