Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and unload incoming shipments while verifying documentation
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and proper storage protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Enforce strict safety procedures in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills and inventory management experience preferred
