Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments efficiently during early morning hours.
- Organization: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize products on shelves and pallets according to company standards.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform regular cycle counts and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks as required.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and move quickly throughout the facility.
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
