Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks for material movement
- Pack and ship orders using provided packing stations and equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy with supplied scanners and warehouse management systems
- Adhere to safety protocols using provided PPE and safety equipment
- Load/unload trucks using company-owned material handling equipment
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team using provided communication tools
Qualifications
- Ability to operate provided warehouse machinery (training available)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting aids
- Attention to detail when using provided scanning systems
- Teamwork skills for collaborative shifts
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Willingness to use company-provided safety gear at all times
