Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanning systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in fast-paced fulfillment environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless dock-to-stock workflows
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols across all operational zones
- Optimize warehouse layouts through data-driven space utilization strategies
- Lead quality control initiatives for incoming/outgoing product streams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume warehouse experience with RF scanning certification
- OSHA Forklift Operator certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-stakes scenarios
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
