Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory operations using WMS technology
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Maintain precise documentation of inventory movements
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for streamlined operations
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train new associates on standard procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/logistics experience
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
