Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping and receiving.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Documentation: Update inventory records and log daily activities using warehouse management software.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Equipment: Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to be trained.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
