Responsibilities
- Safely operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners)
- Accurately receive, verify, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision
- Maintain organized storage areas and clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided anti-fatigue mats
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid state ID for equipment operation training
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs with provided mechanical aids
- Reliable transportation to our Orlando facility
