Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely in OSHA-compliant environments

- Train new associates on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve productivity

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanners
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required
