Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stacking, labeling, and sanitation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
