Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using provided RF scanners
- Maintain inventory counts with provided warehouse management system
- Inspect and report equipment issues to maintenance team
- Follow all safety protocols using provided PPE
- Collaborate with team using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate company-provided heavy machinery (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy with provided warehouse software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting equipment
- Valid driver's license (required for company vehicle operation)
- Willingness to work night shifts with provided safety gear
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
