Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using our digital tracking systems
- Efficiently pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and quality checks
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
