- Operate provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) for material handling
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using provided tools
- Maintain organized inventory counts with provided handheld devices
- Follow safety protocols for provided equipment and warehouse operations
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment with training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment assistance
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
