Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using provided scanning equipment
- Maintain inventory counts using provided handheld devices
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to safety protocols with all provided PPE and machinery
- Load/unload trucks using provided loading dock equipment
- Organize warehouse space with provided racking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to operate company-provided heavy machinery after training
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting aids
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to Orlando facility
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Valid state ID for equipment operation certification
