Responsibilities
- Safely operate provided warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Load/unload shipments with precision using company-provided tools
- Maintain organized inventory using digital tracking systems
- Perform quality inspections on incoming/outgoing products
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to operate company-provided machinery (training included)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
