Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision for timely shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform daily maintenance checks
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Forklift certification or ability to complete training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
