Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, powered carts) provided by the company
- Load/unload shipments with precision using provided safety gear
- Organize inventory in designated zones using company-provided scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas with supplied cleaning equipment
- Follow safety protocols using provided PPE (hard hats, vests, gloves)
- Assist with inventory counts using provided handheld devices
- Collaborate with team using company-provided communication tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours (equipment provided reduces manual strain)
- Attention to detail with provided inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
