Job Overview
In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and customer orders are fulfilled accurately. This position is ideal for hardworking individuals looking for stability and a professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock management tasks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance and shift punctuality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
