Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise from receiving docks to storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in a timely and accurate manner to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Package and label products securely for domestic and international shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading dock).
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise.
