Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring timely processing of shipments.
- Sort, pack, and organize merchandise according to established safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing necessary certification.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Process paperwork and digital logs accurately to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Attention to detail to ensure packages are handled correctly and labels are accurate.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
