Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Scan items using handheld scanners to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure order accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Properly pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we welcome motivated candidates with no experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
