Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; maintain organized inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety standards at all times
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
